Book Label 2010 is a wonderful cataloging tool that allows you to have a complete catalog of your books and keep track of them in case you lend them. The application is perfect for libraries and bookshops, but it can also be used for personal use. It is very intuitive and easy to use, and it features a nice user interface. Whenever you want to add a new book, you will have to enter its name or at least a keyword and select the source where you want to search for it, for example, Amazon. Once you find the correct one, you can mark that book as In collection, Borrowed, Gifted, Missing or Sold. Then, you can add the book condition (as new, good, fine, poor, etc.). The list of your books will appear in the main window, and you can view the downloaded information about that book in the right panel, which can show a normal or expended view of it with a picture, author, number of pages, summary, etc. When you lend a book to someone, the program will automatically add that person to the database so you don´t have to enter his/her personal details again. The program offers different views including books, loans, statistics, and wanted items. All the data you have in this program can be exported as html, xml, excel or text file, or copied to another existing database for backup.
In short, Book Label 2010 is a very complete solution to catalog your books and never lose them because you lend them to other people and then forget about it.
